When you become a member, you will be able to select your Virtual Primary Care doctor from a list of doctors that are licensed in your state. Your VPC will become your doctor that you will engage when you need care on an ongoing basis. Your VPC will have the ability to consult, diagnose and prescribe, when necessary, for on-going Chronic Illnesses. You just go to your member portal or call your care coordinator to schedule the next available time your doctor has available. Of course, you still have access to an acute care doctor 24/7/365 whenever you need it or your VPC doctor is not available.
